1   TYPES OF INFORMATION

The kind of Personal Information that We collect and hold from you will depend on how you use the Website, and may include full name, email address, telephone number, address (or postcode) and location, information as to how you heard about us and your user ID for accessing the website owner’s service

We collect Personal Information to provide you with the best service experience possible on the Website and also keep in touch with you about our business activities, including offering you information relating to different building projects.

We customarily only disclose Personal Information to Our service providers who assist Us in operating the Website and our business, including maintenance and support personnel acting in the normal course of their duties, contractors, consultants, agents and/or representatives (such as law firms, real estate agents, banks, financial institutions, insurers, IT providers and the builder and architect working with Us on any project) who provide services to us or on our behalf, anyone you have authorised to deal with us on your behalf and government authorities, regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, courts, tribunals and/or parties to the legal proceedings where you have consented to this or we are required or authorised to do so by law.

By using Our Website, you consent to the receipt of direct marketing material. We will only use your Personal Information for this purpose if We have collected such information direct from you, and if it is material of a type which you would reasonably expect to receive from use. We do not use sensitive Personal Information in direct marketing activity.
